Job Description – Senior ArchitectLocation: Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryThe Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and execution for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, local regulations, and international standards. This role involves managing design teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and overseeing projects from concept through construction and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design development from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages through project completion.Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents in compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design solutions.Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes, local authority regulations, and international standards.Review consultant and contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.Manage design changes, value engineering proposals, and technical clarifications.Conduct site visits to monitor design intent, quality, and construction progress.Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.Support project planning, scheduling, and timely delivery within budget constraints.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.Professional registration/license in Architecture (preferred).Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to large‑scale commercial, residential, mixed‑use, or infrastructure projects.Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, SketchUp, and presentation software.Solid knowledge of Saudi building codes, authority approval processes, and local regulations.Excellent project coordination, leadership, and team management skills.Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.Effective communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder coordination.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
