This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to the strategic side of the design and consultancy industry, working closely with senior leaders on proposals, strategic planning, and client engagement for some of the region’s most iconic built-environment projects.As a Graduate Architect, you will support bid coordination, proposal development, design documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how strategy, governance, and market insight influence successful project delivery and work-winning.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior team members to develop high-quality, winning proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects across the region.Assist in developing and implementing business strategies, including tracking and reporting on market segment targets.Support the preparation of technical content, project sheets, CVs, and experience documents for proposals, EOIs, and capability statements.Help ensure all submissions comply withWSP’sgovernance, branding, and quality standards.Participate in internal planning meetings, design reviews, and proposal strategy sessions.Contribute to seamless collaboration between architecture, commercial, and business development teams.Conduct basic research and market analysis on competitors, trends, and industry developments to support informed proposal development.Assist in organizing or attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings, when applicable.Support the team in maintaining structured documentation, templates, and shared resources.QualificationsUAE National (Emirati passport holder)Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design disciplineStrong command of written and spoken English and ArabicInterest in architecture, strategic thinking, and proposal writingFamiliarity with bid/proposal development processes is an advantageExcellent attention to detail, organization, and document formatting skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft OfficeStrong visual presentation and layout abilitiesEagerness to learn, with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environmentBasic understanding of commercial principles within a design or consultancy context#J-18808-Ljbffr
