Architect BIM Engineer

<div><p>Position: Architect BIM Engineer (Hospital Project)</p><p>Experience: 5–7 Years (Hospital projects experience is a must)</p><p>Location: Jeddah</p><h3>Role Purpose</h3><p>The Architect BIM Engineer is responsible for executing architectural BIM modelling, documentation, and model-based outputs in accordance with approved project requirements. The role focuses on accurate model development, coordinated shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and BIM-based schedules to support construction planning, procurement, and site execution.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Architectural BIM Modelling</li><li>Prepare and update architectural BIM models (LOD 400–500) based on approved drawings, specifications, and BIM guidelines.</li><li>Model architectural elements accurately to reflect design intent, construction methods, and material specifications.</li><li>Implement approved revisions and changes into the BIM model as instructed.</li><li>Identify architectural clashes and coordination issues and raise them for resolution through established coordination channels.</li><li>Update architectural BIM models in line with agreed coordination outcomes.</li><li>Produce architectural shop drawings extracted from coordinated BIM models.</li><li>Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.</li><li>Ensure drawings reflect approved materials, details, and construction sequences.</li><li>Support preparation of record (as-built) architectural models and drawings.</li><li>Prepare accurate architectural quantity take-offs from BIM models to support procurement, cost control, and construction planning activities.</li><li>Ensure quantities and schedules are consistent with approved models, drawings, and project scope.</li><li>Update quantities and schedules in line with approved changes, variations, and revisions.</li><li>Maintain model cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency in line with issued BIM standards.</li><li>Ensure architectural models are properly structured for drawing extraction and coordination.</li><li>Maintain version control and timely issuance of architectural BIM deliverables as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Revit&AutoCAD is mandatory.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Dynamo scripting is mandatory.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Navisworks is mandatory.</li><li>Understanding of BIM fundamentals: LOD, model coordination, families, views, sheets.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in Architect BIM Engineer role.</li><li>Experience on complex or large-scale projects (Hospital projects experience is a must).</li><li>Experience with Grade A main contractors.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
