Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute Archer GRC implementations and provide post‑implementation support.Supporting customer to close minor requirements in modules which are in ProductionConfigure and customise Archer modules, including, but not limited to:Business Impact AnalysisData Classification ODAIncident ManagementIT & Control AssuranceIT Audit Management & Issue Management (Audit Engagement, Observation, Recommendation)Vendor / Third-Party Risk ManagementPolicy & Compliance ManagementBusiness Continuity and Disaster Recovery ManagementTop Down Risk AssessmentIT Risk ManagementKey Risk IndicatorConfigure workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls, and dashboards.Prepare configuration guides and test cases.Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.Develop reports and dashboards for executive and operational stakeholders.Provide consultation support on GRC frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS, SOC, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for integrations (IAM, CMDB, ticketing systems, etc.).Deliver client knowledge transfer sessionsEnsure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality standards, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience35 years of experience in GRC consulting or related roles.Strong hands‑on experience with RSA Archer configuration and administration.Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and information security domains.Experience with regulatory and control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS, and SOC.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsRSA Archer Certification (Administrator / Consultant).Exposure to integrations and APIs.Experience working with Middle East clients or regulated industries.Soft SkillsClient‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
