Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking Hostess Team Leader for a prestigious private family based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will oversee the hosting staff and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As the Team Leader, you will set the standard for hospitality excellence and work closely with the family to fulfill their specific preferences and requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and manage the hostess team to deliver outstanding service at all timesCoordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operationsWelcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated areasManage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangementsProvide guests with information about the menu and specialsAddress guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptlyMaintain a clean and organized reception areaWork closely with the family to customize service needs and preferencesEnsure adherence to health and safety regulations and standardsProven experience as a Hostess, preferably in a private or high-end environmentTeam leadership or supervisory experience in the hospitality industryFluent in Arabic and English, other languages are a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and a passion for guest serviceFlexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management training is a plusMust have prior experience in VIP airport lounges or similar high-end hospitality environments.Salary: AED 8,000 plus AED 3,500 living-out allowance, plus all other benefits as per UAE labor law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
