Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island:On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Aquatics Manager to join the resort’s Pool Services team.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations of all aquatic facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.Lead, train, and schedule lifeguards and pool attendants, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to safety protocols.Monitor water quality and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for timely upkeep and repairs.Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including lifeguard certifications and emergency procedures.Respond to guest inquiries, incidents, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.Support the implementation of poolside services such as towel distribution, cabana reservations, and special events.Maintain accurate records of water testing, incident reports, and staff certifications.Assist in budget planning, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and equipment.Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence among the aquatics team.Stay informed on industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.About YouBachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in aquatics or pool operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Certified Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR required; Pool Operator Certification preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.Knowledge of water treatment systems and pool maintenance procedures.About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
