Apriso MES Developer

Job Description As a Senior MES Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications using .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.Net. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications using .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.Net. - Developing and optimizing SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries for MES solutions. - Integrating MES with ERP systems and shop-floor equipment using APIs and middleware. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of MES applications. - Troubleshooting and resolving MES-related issues in production environments. - Implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in a manufacturing context. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). - Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning). - Competency in Ajax, jQuery, CSS, HTML & IDAutomation Native Barcode Generator. - Exposure to reporting tools (SSRS / PowerBI). - Experience with Manufacturing processes such as Schedule, Inventory, Production Order Execution, Quality, Plant Performance (OEE) etc. - Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, OPC, MQTT). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred qualifications include: - Apriso BPM certification with experience in Apriso process builder, Machine Integrator, and Business Integrator. - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT integration. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
