Job Description You will be responsible for supporting Jombay's Sales Function by collaborating closely with the team to generate appointments. Your key expectations will include having a clear understanding of traditional and emerging Appointment Generation techniques. You should work in coordination with Sales and Marketing to build a potential prospect database and schedule appointments with them. Additionally, you will lead a team to achieve these objectives. Your responsibilities will entail adapting to a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will be required to create, analyze, and optimize processes to facilitate faster deliveries. It is crucial that you can manage and execute plans within strict deadlines. Skills required for this role: - Team Management - Excellent business communication skills - Creative and innovative thinking ability - Proficiency in identifying and prospecting key decision-makers in target companies - Capability to make cold calls to both Indian and Global audiences - Execution of email campaigns - Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and automation software such as LinkedIn, Sales CRM, etc. - Regular and periodic follow-ups with prospects - Self-driven, target-oriented, and intelligent mindset - Above-average proficiency in Excel, including macros, pivot tables, lookups, etc. Experience & Educational Background: - Minimum 4 to 5 years of consumer-facing experience (Telephonic or Offline).
