Application SupportQuantity: 2Salary: FlexableSAUDI ONLY1-8 years of experienceApplications Production environment management with knowledge on Windows OS and Linux OS Servers management.Follow policies and procedures on Change Management and IT Governance standards.Cybersecurity Reports review and validation and closing vulnerabilities and provide closure report with evidence.Development knowledge:experienced on development outcomes including compiled files and configurations files of web applications and web servers management.Troubleshooting live applications in Collaboration with Infrastructure teams(Systems, Networks, and IT Security) and provide RCA report.Level 3 Support:Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex application issues.Incident Management:Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application incidents, including software errors, performance issues, and system outages.Problem Management:Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.Application Monitoring:Monitor application performance, identify potential issues proactively, and take corrective actions.User Support:Assist users with application-related questions, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct training sessions as needed.Application Upgrades & Deployments:Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of application upgrades and patches.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.Vendor Management:Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, bug fixes, and resolution of critical issues.Project Involvement:Contribute to IT projects related to application implementation, integration, and enhancement.Continuous Improvement:Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.DevSecOps:regular activities on development lifecycle and manage pipelines, configurations, and maintenance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
