Application Support Engineer

We are seeking to hire (1) Application Support Engineer to join our IT team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting business applications and ensuring high availability, performance, and smooth operations:Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for enterprise applications and resolve operational issuesMonitor application performance and ensure systems operate efficientlyAnalyze application errors and logs to identify root causes and implement solutionsReceive and follow up on support tickets through tracking systems while meeting agreed SLAsCoordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex incidentsPerform initial testing after updates, patches, or configuration changesSupport deployment and release management activitiesDocument incidents, solutions, and operational proceduresDeliver user support and basic training when requiredSuggest technical improvements to enhance application efficiency and user experienceEnsure application security and compliance with company policies and proceduresSkills:Knowledge of.NET environmentSQL Server / Oracle DatabasesJavaScriptAngularStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and support workflowsUnderstanding of deployment processes and system integration is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
