Linum Consult’s client is a major international company currently seeking an Application Development Officer with extensive Oracle E-Business Suite experience to be based in their office in Qatar.ResponsibilitiesServing as an Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant, providing expert-level support, maintenance, development, and customisation for Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll, Core HR, and Oracle Time and LaborAssisting Payroll teams during monthly payroll runs, ensuring smooth execution payroll processesIdentifying and delivering quick resolutions to urgent payroll issuesDesigning, developing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business functionality using Oracle E-Business Suite development tools and methodologyEnsuring compliance with data governance, security standards, and best practices in HRMS implementations and custom developmentSupporting integration with other Oracle modules (Finance, SCM) and third-party systemsProviding training and knowledge transfer to the area concerned for customised solutionsConducting extensive testing and quality checks on generated codes to uphold high standards of software developmentProfileDegree qualification in Computer Engineering or similar subjectAt least 8 years’ experience in a techno-functional role in Oracle e Business Suite R12.2. X HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, and OTL) module.
