<div><h3>About Us:</h3><p>What makes ARRISE different?</p><p>We’re more than a company—we’re a community of over 6,000 driven professionals, with offices across Gibraltar, Canada, India, Malta, Romania, Bulgaria and beyond.</p><p>We partner with industry leaders like Pragmatic Play, delivering world-class gaming experiences to players everywhere.</p><p>We don’t just build products—we build opportunities, invest in our people, and foster growth at every level.</p><h3>Role Description:</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appearance Monitoring Specialist to join our team at ARRISE.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring (24/7) the appearance of our employees to ensure compliance with our Appearance Guidelines.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Monitor live tables and report irregularities in employees’ appearance, ensuring compliance with approved Appearance Guidelines and company procedures, and offering improvement recommendations.</li><li>Create and update documentation related to employees' appearance.</li><li>Handle Appearance Change Requests submitted by employees.</li><li>Propose changes to existing procedures, guidelines, uniform items, and makeup/hairstyling looks.</li><li>Contribute to research and testing projects aimed at enhancing the consistency of dealers’ appearance on camera or optimizing personnel allocation strategies.</li><li>Organize and participate in Appearance workshops, trainings, and discussions.</li><li>Update Appearance Guidelines as requested by Management.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with employees regarding their appearance to ensure a positive employee experience.</li><li>Support stylist activities as needed, including performing makeup operations, hairdressing, covering tattoos, and related tasks such as cleaning used brushes and workspaces.</li><li>Perform additional tasks within the allocated work time.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Excellent command of Appearance Guidelines across all games.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>English proficiency at a beginner level (minimum).</li><li>Basic to intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office proficiency, reasonable typing speed, ability to take screenshots).</li><li>Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>Accommodation will be provided by the company</li><li>Meal program (One Meal per shift)</li><li>Transportation allowance</li></ul><p><b>Join us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle!</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
