APAC Retail Sales Leader — IT & Digital Growth

Role: Manager/Sr ManagerLocation: Australia, Dubai, Saudi, Singapore, MalaysiyaKeyresponsibility:We are looking for a high-performing and result-oriented Manager/Senior Manager Salesto lead business growth across the APAC retail market. The ideal candidate will be a corefront-end sales professional with a strong background in hunting new logos, building long-term client relationships, and consistently delivering revenue in mid-sized IT services orsoftware solutions organizations.This individual must possess deep domain expertise in the retail industry, have a hands-onunderstanding of the local market dynamics within the APAC region, and be comfortableoperating independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Own the complete front-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification toclosure, with a sharp focus on hunting new business opportunities and acquiringnew logos.Strategically develop and execute go-to-market plans for expanding theorganization's footprint across retail clients in the AustraliaBuild and nurture C-level relationships with stakeholders across targetorganizations to become a trusted advisor and long-term partner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Presales, Solutions, Delivery, andMarketing to design and present compelling, customized solutions.Proactively manage pipeline and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with theorganization's quarterly and annual revenue goals.Stay abreast of emerging retail technology trends (e.g. digital transformation, supplychain digitization, AI/ML in retail) and translate those into customer-relevant salesopportunities.Representing the organization at key industry forums, regional events, and clientmeetings, strengthening brand presence in the region.Required Qualifications:10+ years of proven experience in direct B2B sales of IT services, enterprisesoftware solutions, or digital transformation offerings, preferably within large-sizedIT services or consulting firms.Preferred retail domain experience with deep understanding of retail businessprocesses, challenges, and technology ecosystemsDemonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets throughstrategic prospecting and relationship management.Strong track record in customer acquisition, consultative solution selling, andclosing high-value deals across the APAC market.Must have prior working experience in the local APAC region, with a solid grasp oflocal business practices, cultures, and regulatory environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable with travel within the APAC region as required to support salesengagements.Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
