We are always in search of intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individuals who are keen on making an impact in the crypto ecosystem and in building a better product for the next one billion users.</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Involve in the whole sales cycle from lead generation to sales, onboarding, and after-sales training&cross-selling to new and existing individual clients.</li><li>Conduct business development and the sales effort for the company's overall business and a full range of products in the APAC regions.</li><li>Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies.</li><li>Represent the company in the region's conferences and support the company's brand building, promotion and marketing.</li><li>Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.</li><li>Articulate client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to continuously improve product features and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above.</li><li>Solid experience in the crypto industry with a network of clients.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>At least 2 years of prior sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably coming from an traditional exchange, 3rd party vendor working with buy-side trading clients or experience at crypto exchanges, lenders, custodians, or platform providers.</li><li>Passionate for crypto finance and an expert understanding of cryptocurrency assets, derivatives, and trading workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
