AP Assistant Accountant

<div><ul><li>Responsible for E2E of P2P cycle to ensure accurate representation in financial statements, support in BS consolidation&schedules, ensure monitoring of indirect procurement process</li></ul><h3>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>AP Invoice booking (3-way matching)</li><li>Supplier Reconciliation&Supplier balance confirmation</li><li>HO Petty cash booking to make sure accuracy and transparency for HO</li><li>Ensure accurate Intercompany reconciliation between branches and ASDI, HO and Branches, HO and corporate</li><li>Ensure indirect procurement framework is communicated to cross functions and followed</li><li>Consolidate BS schedules on monthly basis, coordinate with finance team members for the COC and aging</li><li>Lead month end closing activities for AP, WH reports, and stock reports</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</h3><ul><li>Adherence to company policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain SLA for AP invoices</li><li>Adequate reporting</li><li>Development and enhancement for the P2P Cycle</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Experience:</h3><ul><li>Fresh grad to 1-2 years of experience</li><li>Previous experience in similar position</li><li>Previous experience in FMCG or similar industries is preferred</li></ul><h3>Knowledge:</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Degree - Commerce or Accounting - Required</li></ul><h3>Job-Specific Skills:</h3><ul><li>Demonstrable ability to liaise effectively and build communication channels with colleagues across the organization and With the suppliers.</li><li>Demonstrable hands‑on problem‑solving ability in dynamic environments.</li><li>IT literate - Good knowledge of excel and experience in ERP systems.</li><li>Development potential - Ability and desire to grow and develop within the finance team to undertake and successfully deliver challenging assignments.</li></ul><h3>Accountability Indicators:</h3><ul><li>Foster cross‑functional collaboration and effective communication between commercial and finance teams.</li><li>Effective communication with customers.</li></ul><h3>Other Skills and Attributes:</h3><ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
