We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabi’s airport.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standardsSupport the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamberPrepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future referenceActively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancementsAct as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrationsWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus.QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's in manufacturing.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systemsGood knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile)Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaignsAbility to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharingStrong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actionsAbility to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integrationYou speak English with excellent communication.
