As part of this strategic initiative a large-scale global program is being implemented across the companys IP portfolio. This includes the development of new embedded software enhancements to cloud infrastructure and the creation of innovative interfaces within the mobile application. Were seeking a solid and creative Mobile Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of Android devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore a commitment to collaborative problem-solving sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build applications for the Android platform.Communication with for IoT devices implementation.Work with Cloud and Platfrom Teams on integrationEnsure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on architecture and deliverables.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.Mandatory Skills8-10 years of experienceDeep understanding of Android SDKStrong experience with Kotlin and frameworksKnowledge of MQTT protocolProficiency with unit and UI TestingUnderstanding of design principlesExperience with API and effective data managementJetpack ComposeCoroutinesMVVMHiltRetrofitAt DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
