Job Description Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in the team by assisting senior members in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies. Your support will be essential in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to exit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
- Support the due diligence process for potential investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations.
- Monitor portfolio company performance.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies.
- Conduct industry and company research.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance (Investment Banking or Private Equity preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.
