Analyst - Innovation Capabilities. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering (electrical, software, computer), Information Technology or a related field.Experience of ISO-56002 and Kitemark innovation audits.Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in creating and nurturing an innovative ecosystem within an organization. This includes fostering a culture of innovation, building staff capabilities, and driving the successful implementation of innovative solutions. Experience in overseeing the implementation of innovation initiatives, monitoring progress, reporting deviations, supporting enhancements, and reporting.Experience in providing education to promote continuous learning to build staff capability, preparing custom-made educational material on topics related to innovation. Knowledge and experience of ISO-56002 and Kitemark innovation audits and certification. Experience in applying intellectual property protection of texts, technical solutions, and software created.
