Analyst - Healthcare Data Quality

Job Description As an Analyst - Healthcare Data Quality at AHIPL Agilon Health India Private Limited, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions Develop and automate reports for operational and strategic needs Assist in designing and implementing A/B testing and statistical models Work with databases (SQL) to extract and manipulate data The qualifications required for this role include: Engineer degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data quality, or similar role Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data profiling and validation tasks Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, data validation) Experience building dashboards and reports using Sigma (or similar tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience in cloud data platforms and working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
