AML/CTF Senior Reporting Officer

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and execute the end-to-end AML/CTF reporting lifecycle (assessment, investigation, STR drafting, submission, and follow-up).</li><li>Act as the single point of contact for all reporting-related matters with SAMA, FIU, and competent authorities.</li><li>Manage and respond to all regulatory requests, inspections, and inquiries in a timely, accurate, and controlled manner.</li><li>Maintain a centralized Reporting Register covering STRs, regulatory requests, feedback, and decisions with full audit trail.</li><li>Ensure all suspicious transactions are identified, assessed, and reported immediately in line with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure all reports are high-quality, complete, and defensible with strong narratives and supporting evidence.</li><li>Build and manage reporting data (MIS) and dashboards to enable instant access to information for management and regulators.</li><li>Prepare and deliver internal reports, board reports, and executive presentations covering AML/CTF risks, trends, and reporting performance.</li><li>Act as the central reporting focal point across all AML units (Monitoring, Sanctions, reporting) ensuring consistency and alignment.</li><li>Analyze regulatory feedback, rejections, and observations, and implement corrective actions and improvements.</li><li>Identify and address gaps in reporting processes, data, and controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure full documentation, audit trail, and regulatory readiness at all times.</li><li>Drive integration and automation of reporting processes with AML systems.</li><li>Ensure unrestricted access to all relevant data and information required to perform reporting duties effectively.</li><li>Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to:<ul><li>Build structured reporting databases and trackers</li><li>Develop automated reports and dashboards</li><li>Produce high-quality regulatory and board-level presentations</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
