This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting our organization from financial crime.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of transactions to identify potential money laundering activities.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on AML compliance matters.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to AML.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Attributes for Success</h3><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficient in using compliance software and tools.</li></ul><h3>Main Requirements</h3><ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in the anti-money laundering (AML) compliance area.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant AML regulations and best practices.</li><li>Bachelors degree in finance, business or a related field is preferred.</li></ul><p>At EY well develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
