ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operation of entertainment activities, assisting in the smooth and safe delivery of shows, performances, and guest-facing activationsAssist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all entertainment areas, props, and equipment are prepared for operation and secured at the end of the dayProvide stagehand support for scheduled performances, including setting up, resetting, and clearing props, basic stage elements, and performance spaces as requiredSupport costume character operations by acting as a minder, ensuring performer safety, guest interaction flow, and adherence to operational guidelinesSupport with basic administrative tasks, including updating documents, printing forms, and assisting with the preparation of reports and operational paperworkAssist with the preparation, handling, and transportation of props, costumes, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient show executionSupport backstage operations, including assisting performers with basic costume changes and ensuring dressing areas are maintained in a clean and organized conditionWork closely with the Entertainment & Events team to ensure all performances align with operational standards, safety requirements, and the park’s creative visionProvide on-ground operational support during shows and activations, helping ensure performances run on schedule and meet expected standardsMaintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests, contributing to a welcoming and engaging park environmentFollow all health and safety procedures, reporting any hazards, damages, or operational concerns to the Team Leader or SupervisorSupport Team Leaders and Supervisors in maintaining operational standards and team coordination during daily activitiesExperience & Qualifications0–1 year of experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferredBasic understanding of live entertainment environments (e.g., shows, character interactions, or events) is an advantageAwareness of health and safety practices within an operational environmentExperience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment is preferredInterest in entertainment, performance, or guest engagement is beneficialEducation & CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent#J-18808-Ljbffr
