<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the daily operation of entertainment activities, assisting in the smooth and safe delivery of shows, performances, and guest-facing activations</li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all entertainment areas, props, and equipment are prepared for operation and secured at the end of the day</li><li>Provide stagehand support for scheduled performances, including setting up, resetting, and clearing props, basic stage elements, and performance spaces as required</li><li>Support costume character operations by acting as a minder, ensuring performer safety, guest interaction flow, and adherence to operational guidelines</li><li>Support with basic administrative tasks, including updating documents, printing forms, and assisting with the preparation of reports and operational paperwork</li><li>Assist with the preparation, handling, and transportation of props, costumes, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient show execution</li><li>Support backstage operations, including assisting performers with basic costume changes and ensuring dressing areas are maintained in a clean and organized condition</li><li>Work closely with the Entertainment&Events team to ensure all performances align with operational standards, safety requirements, and the park’s creative vision</li><li>Provide on-ground operational support during shows and activations, helping ensure performances run on schedule and meet expected standards</li><li>Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests, contributing to a welcoming and engaging park environment</li><li>Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any hazards, damages, or operational concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor</li><li>Support Team Leaders and Supervisors in maintaining operational standards and team coordination during daily activities</li></ul><h3>Experience&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>0–1 year of experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of live entertainment environments (e.g., shows, character interactions, or events) is an advantage</li><li>Awareness of health and safety practices within an operational environment</li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment is preferred</li><li>Interest in entertainment, performance, or guest engagement is beneficial</li></ul><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
