Alibaba & Export Sales Assistant

Job Description As an Alibaba & Export Sales Assistant for an Ahmedabad-based bedsheet manufacturer company, your role will involve managing the Alibaba account and conducting international email outreach for our bedsheet ranges. Key Responsibilities: - Log in to Alibaba daily and list new products - Reply to basic buyer inquiries and collect required details - Respond to relevant RFQs on Alibaba - Send and follow up cold emails to international buyers (importers, brands, stores) - Maintain a simple Excel/Google Sheet CRM of all leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and statuses - Support with basic documentation such as attaching photos and preparing simple quotes Qualifications Required: - Customer Follow-Up and Order Management skills - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Alibaba platform operations is highly desirable - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality - Good written English and professional email etiquette - Comfortable with computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and web platforms - Fast learner; prior experience in exports, e-commerce, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be compensated with a monthly salary ranging from 8,00010,000 INR (depending on profile) along with performance-based incentives after the training period. This is a part-time remote position based in Ahmedabad, allowing you to work from home. We prefer candidates who are looking for a long-term commitment and are eager to grow with the company.
