ACE serves as the senior, trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business, with accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long-term commercial outcomes.This role is a hands on Associate / Vice President position, supporting Tier 1 Middle East institutions, with a primary focus on Private Markets operating models and post trade, accounting, and data workflows across Aladdin and eFront. The successful candidate will operate across clients, shaping strategic narrative, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin and eFront best practices are embedded across clients’ Public and Private Markets workflows.Role Scope & AccountabilityAs part of one of BlackRock’s fastest growing businesses, you will combine deep investment lifecycle expertise with strong commercial judgment and executive presence. You will act as a functional owner across Operations and Accounting workflows, supporting client outcomes through structured delivery ownership, issue resolution, and close partnership with senior ACE leads.You will engage directly with senior stakeholders at Tier1 Middle East institutions, shaping strategic discussions, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin, eFront and WPS are embedded as core components of the client’s investment and operating infrastructure.
