Airside Operations Duty Manager

Monitor and mentor to ensure all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to. To manage a busy airside operation where technical cleaning is provided to all customers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including but not limited to SLA’s and KPI’s. Liaise with client management to represent the company and discuss outstanding issues. Monitor performance and disciplinary status of all staff. Liaise with Head Office for all HR related and performance issues. Represent the company to all regulatory bodies currently active at the airport, including police, customs, CID, and airport safety.
