Airport Senior Project Manager

The selected candidate will join a team of experts dedicated to delivering exceptional project outcomes.</p><h3>Position: Site Supervision Senior Project Manager</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide leadership and management for mega-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.</li><li>Lead and manage the consulting aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring successful supervision and implementation aligned with client expectations and project goals.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely progress and effective risk management.</li><li>Administer contracts and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Provide clear, professional communication in English with clients, contractors, and project teams.</li><li>Oversee technical and administrative aspects of the project with a focus on quality and compliance.</li><li>Inspire and lead project teams to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.</li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of documented engineering experience, including at<b>least 5 years as a Consultant Airports Project Manager in the Gulf region.</b></li><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other engineering software related to project management.</li><li>Strong skills in scheduling, risk evaluation, and contract management.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Fluent in English (both spoken and written).</li><li>Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and driving license if is not Saudi.</li><li>Ready to join immediately.</li><li><b>Willing to attend a face-to-face interview at any location within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
