For more information, please click here.Role OverviewThe Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of export operations to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods for international clients. To oversee day-to-day operational and service-related issues. Provide feedback and action required. Escalate issues to the Air Freight manager that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesManage air import, export, and cross-trade operations from booking to final delivery.Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs, warehouses, and transporters.Prepare, verify, and process air freight documentation (MAWB/HAWB, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).Monitor shipment schedules and provide status updates and pre-alerts to customers and agents.Monitor ETD/ETA with airlines, forwarders, and DNATA, and ensure freight has departed/arrived as per schedule.Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline requirements, and local customs laws.Update shipment details in freight management systems and maintain accurate records.Coordinate closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth operations.Ensure timely and accurate billing in line with agreed timelines and adherence to KPI guidelinesProficient in Word, Excel, presentation tools, and internet use.Key AttributesStrong knowledge of air export/import procedures and documentation.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
