AI Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities1. Product Knowledge and Strategy DevelopmentGain a comprehensive understanding of our AI products, including their selling points, market positioning, and competitor strategies.Assist in the formulation of market strategies and the creation of promotional materials for designated regions.2. Market ResearchConduct thorough market research within assigned regions, focusing on clinical workflows, competitor features, market pricing, and business models.3. Customer Communication and Sales SupportEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.Collaborate with the sales team to prepare bid documents for tenders and achieve sales targets.4. Marketing Activities and PresentationsSupport various marketing initiatives by creating relevant materials based on customer and medical expert requirements.Conduct professional presentations to effectively communicate product benefits.5. Training and DevelopmentProvide product training to users, including on-site training sessions.Regularly conduct internal and external training for team members.6. Product Deployment CoordinationCoordinate and support the deployment of software products to users, developing and implementing effective deployment plans.Evaluate deployment results and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.7. Customer Relationship ManagementAssist in maintaining strong customer relationships by effectively resolving on-site technical issues.Analyze and organize customer needs to promote product usage.8. User Feedback and Product IterationCollect and relay user issues to the development team to assist in product iteration and enhancement.Qualifications1. EducationBachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Clinical Medicine, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.2. ExperiencePrevious work experience in medical imaging, medical devices, or healthcare information systems is preferred.3. SkillsExcellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.Strong logical analysis and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using Office software for product and data presentations.4.
