This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, AI-powered products, ensuring seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and internal systems. The AI Product Manager will drive execution from use case definition through rollout and adoption, ensuring measurable business impact and user value.</p><p>The role also involves leading AI Engineers responsible for building and maintaining AI solutions, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><h3>AI Product Delivery&Execution</h3><ul><li>Manage the lifecycle of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, from use case definition and user stories to deployment and continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking for:</li><li>Conversational agents</li><li>AI copilots</li><li>Self-service journeys</li><li>Lead AI Engineers and collaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.</li></ul><h3>Product Implementation&Integration</h3><ul><li>Translate business requirements into configurable AI workflows and product features.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with CRM, ERP, and internal systems.</li><li>Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and rollout of AI capabilities.</li><li>Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements and enhancements.</li></ul><h3>Roadmap Delivery&Business Alignment</h3><ul><li>Translate AI roadmap initiatives into clear product plans with defined outcomes and KPIs.</li><li>Align stakeholders on:</li><li>Business objectives</li><li>Success metrics</li><li>Value realization</li><li>Ensure UAT completion, documentation and business readiness for each release.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with:</li><li>Data Scientists and ML Engineers</li><li>Data Engineering teams</li><li>CRM / ERP teams</li><li>Business stakeholders</li><li>Act as the central coordination point for AI product initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, demos, and UAT cycles.</li></ul><h3>User Experience&Adoption</h3><ul><li>Ensure AI-powered features are:</li><li>Intuitive</li><li>Context-aware</li><li>Adopted by end users</li><li>Gather feedback, usage signals and pain points to refine product fit.</li><li>Drive adoption through demos, training and stakeholder engagement.</li></ul><h3>Performance Tracking&Optimization</h3><ul><li>Define and track key product metrics such as:</li><li>Adoption rate</li><li>Response quality</li><li>Business impact (e.g., conversion, efficiency gains)</li><li>Work with teams to continuously improve AI solutions based on data and feedback.</li></ul><h3>Training&Support</h3><ul><li>Develop training materials and quick-reference guides for business users.</li><li>Support ongoing enhancements and ad-hoc AI product requirements.</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement through user feedback loops.</li></ul><h3>Communication&Working Relationships</h3><h3>Internal</h3><ul><li>Data Engineering Team</li><li>CRM and ERP Teams</li><li>Business Users</li></ul><h3>Purpose of Interaction</h3><ul><li>Collaborate on AI initiatives</li><li>Ensure accurate data sourcing and integration</li><li>Deliver business-aligned AI solutions</li></ul><h3>External</h3><ul><li>Implementation partners</li><li>AI platform vendors</li></ul><h3>Purpose of Interaction</h3><ul><li>Support implementation and governance</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate vendor delivery</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Experience&Skills</h3><h3>Educational and Professional Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Specialization or hands‑on experience in Generative AI, LLMs or conversational AI frameworks</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in product management, AI/ML solutions or digital product delivery</li><li>Proven experience delivering:</li><li>AI/ML-driven products</li><li>Enterprise system integrations</li><li>Cross‑functional AI initiative</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
