AI Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

<p><strong>Notice Period</strong>: Only Immediate joiners OR not longer than 30 days’ Notice Period.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The AI Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer serves as the technical bridge between Flint’s sales team andAI engineering capability. You will support enterprise client engagements by translating business problems into AI solution architectures, building proof-of-concept demonstrations, and contributing to the technical components of proposals and solution designs.</p><p>Your work directly supports Flint’s ability to establish credibility with enterprise clients, demonstrate AI capabilities, and win early AI transformation engagements in the GCC market.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>AI Solution Design</li><li>Translate enterprise business challenges into AI-driven solution architectures using LLMs, RAG, and AI automation frameworks.</li><li>Develop architecture diagrams outlining AI solution components including data pipelines, vector databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and application layers.</li><li>Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with client environments.</li><li>Client Technical Engagement</li><li>Participate in client discovery workshops and technical discussions with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and digital transformation teams.</li><li>Support sales teams during client meetings by explaining Flint’s AI capabilities and proposed solution architectures.</li><li>Conduct preliminary assessments of client environments including data readiness, infrastructure maturity, integration requirements, and security considerations.</li><li>Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Development</li><li>Build demonstration prototypes showcasing Flint’s AI capabilities.</li><li>Develop PoC solutions such as AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants, knowledge search platforms using RAG architectures, document intelligence and automation systems, and AI automation for enterprise workflows.</li><li>Present and demonstrate these prototypes during client workshops, presentations, and industry events.</li><li>Proposal&RFP Support</li><li>Contribute to the technical sections of AI proposals and RFP responses.</li><li>Prepare architecture diagrams, technology stack recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.</li><li>Support effort estimation and solution scoping during pre-sales engagements.</li><li>Demo Environments&Technical Assets</li><li>Build and maintain AI demonstration environments used during client meetings and industry events.</li><li>Develop reusable technical assets including AI architecture templates, demo scripts, deployment guides, and integration patterns.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation that supports Flint’s AI pre-sales activities.</li><li>Market Awareness&Technical Research</li><li>Stay current with developments in Generative AI, AI frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.</li><li>Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks that may strengthen Flint’s solution capabilities.</li><li>Contribute to Flint’s AI thought leadership through internal knowledge sharing and technical documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>6–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solutions engineering.</li><li>Experience supporting client engagements or technical pre-sales activities in enterprise technology environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Python development and API integration.</li><li>Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, large language models, and prompt engineering.</li><li>Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI application design patterns.</li><li>Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI / Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.</li><li>Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in telecommunications, banking, or government technology environments.</li><li>Prior experience in technical pre-sales or solutions consulting roles.</li><li>Exposure to enterprise AI platforms or automation solutions.</li><li>Cloud certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or Google Cloud ML Engineer.</li><li>Familiarity with Arabic language AI models or multilingual AI systems.</li><li>Previous experience working in GCC markets is an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:</p><ul><li>Computer Science</li><li>Data Science</li><li>Software Engineering</li><li>or a related technical discipline</li></ul><p>If you are
