The selected candidate will spearhead Intertecs AI Center of Excellence (CoE) design high-impact AI solutions and drive innovation across our business unitsDigital Cloud Managed Services Cybersecurity and Microsoft practices.Qualifications and SkillsMust-Have Skills10 years of experience in technology or consulting including 4 years in AI/ML leadership roles.Proven expertise in AI presales and solution architecture especially in client-facing roles.Proficient in:ML frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learnLarge Language Models (LLMs): OpenAI Mistral Claude open-source transformersComputer Vision: YOLO OpenCV segmentation modelsAgentic AI frameworks: LangChain CrewAI AutoGen LlamaIndex RAG pipelinesHands-on experience with building AI/ML PoCs solution accelerators and custom deployments.Familiar with vector databases LLM orchestration prompt engineering and multi-agent systems.Strong understanding of infrastructure for AI workloads:GPU provisioning (A100 H100 T4)High-throughput storageScalable deployments using Docker Kubernetes and MLOps platforms.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.Preferred / Bonus SkillsExperience with enterprise platform integration (e.g. Microsoft Oracle Salesforce ServiceNow).Knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow Kubeflow Sagemaker Azure ML.Exposure to AI compliance Responsible AI and ethical frameworks.Past success in scaling AI teams or practices in mid-sized or regional IT services companies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine the AI vision and roadmap aligned to Intertecs growth strategy.Lead the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) collaborating with cross-functional teams including presales delivery product and marketing.Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across domains and functions.Solution Development & PresalesPartner with sales and account leaders to design AI solutions for client RFPs and proposals.Build PoCs reference architectures and solution accelerators using ML NLP Computer Vision and Generative AI.Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions for industries like Government Healthcare BFSI Utilities and Real Estate.Innovation & R&DEvaluate and integrate emerging technologies including LLMs multi-modal models vector databases and open-source tools.Pilot internal AI initiatives such as talent intelligence finance automation and project risk prediction.Maintain Intertecs edge in GenAI agentic systems and enterprise AI adoption.Governance & EnablementDefine best practices data governance and responsible AI guidelines.Lead organization-wide enablement through training programs workshops and capability development.Ensure scalability compliance and ethical use of AI across all implementations.Tools & TechnologiesML & CV: PyTorch TensorFlow scikit-learn OpenCV YOLO Detectron2LLMs & Agents: OpenAI Anthropic LangChain CrewAI LlamaIndex HaystackDeployment: Azure AI AWS Sagemaker Vertex AI Docker KubernetesData & Ops: MLflow Airflow Hugging Face Weights & BiasesVector DBs: FAISS Pinecone Chroma QdrantWhat Youll InfluenceShape Intertecs AI go-to-market (GTM) strategy and client AI vision.Lead client conversations from traditional solutioning to AI-driven innovation.Help position Intertec as an AI-first system integrator in the region.How to ApplySubmit your resume and any relevant AI project portfolios to .
