AI Portfolio Manager Abu Dhabi

<div><p>We are seeking an AI<b>Portfolio Manager</b>to support the strategic planning, prioritization, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of<b>AI strategy, business planning, and delivery oversight</b>, ensuring AI investments are aligned with organizational goals, value realization, and regulatory standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Define, manage, and maintain the<b>AI portfolio roadmap</b>, aligning initiatives with business strategy and national digital transformation objectives.</li><li>Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on<b>value, feasibility, risk, and readiness</b>.</li><li>Work closely with<b>AI, data, engineering, and business teams</b>to translate ideas into structured AI initiatives, POCs, and scalable programs.</li><li>Develop<b>portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports</b>covering progress, benefits, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Support<b>AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks</b>, including data privacy and regulatory alignment.</li><li>Contribute to<b>business cases, funding models, and investment planning</b>for AI programs.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between<b>technical teams and senior stakeholders</b>, ensuring clarity and alignment.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Technology, Engineering, Data, Business, or related field</b>(Master’s preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in<b>AI planning, digital portfolio management, technology strategy, or PMO‑style roles</b>.</li><li>Strong understanding of<b>AI/ML concepts</b>, AI lifecycle, and enterprise AI delivery models.</li><li>Experience with<b>portfolio planning, prioritization frameworks, and benefits realization</b>.</li><li>Proven ability to work across<b>business, AI, and engineering teams</b>.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred / Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in<b>government, public sector, or large enterprise environments</b>.</li><li>Exposure to<b>AI governance, ethics, and data privacy (PDPL / GDPR)</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with<b>Agile, SAFe, or product‑led delivery models</b>.</li><li>Experience using<b>portfolio tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms</b>.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
