<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>The AI Platform Salesperson is responsible for<b>driving revenue growth by selling AI platforms, AI‑as‑a‑Service, and intelligent solutions</b>to enterprise, mid‑market, or SMB customers. This role combines<b>consultative enterprise sales</b>,<b>technical understanding of AI</b>, and<b>strong relationship management</b>to help customers adopt AI technologies that solve real business problems.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Revenue&Pipeline Growth<ul><li>Own and manage the<b>end‑to‑end sales cycle</b>: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing.</li><li>Achieve or exceed<b>quarterly and annual sales targets</b>.</li><li>Build and maintain a<b>strong, qualified sales pipeline</b>.</li><li>Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.</li></ul></li><li>Consultative&Solution‑Driven Selling<ul><li>Understand customer business challenges and map them to<b>AI platform capabilities</b>such as:</li><li>Machine learning platforms</li><li>Generative AI / LLM platforms</li><li>AI analytics and decision intelligence</li><li>Computer vision / NLP solutions</li><li>Translate technical AI features into<b>clear business value</b>(ROI, productivity, cost reduction).</li><li>Lead customer discovery workshops and solution discussions.</li></ul></li><li>Technical&Product Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate closely with:</li><li><b>AI Engineers&Data Scientists</b></li><li><b>Product Managers</b></li><li><b>Pre‑Sales / Solution Architects</b></li><li>Participate in<b>product demos</b>, PoCs (Proof of Concept), and pilot discussions.</li><li>Stay updated on:</li><li>AI industry trends</li><li>Competitor platforms</li><li>Regulatory and ethical AI considerations</li></ul></li><li>Customer&Partner Management<ul><li>Build long‑term relationships with:</li><li>C‑level executives</li><li>IT, Data, Digital, and Innovation leaders</li><li>Manage enterprise accounts and key stakeholders.</li><li>Work with<b>channel partners, cloud providers, and system integrators</b>when required.</li></ul></li><li>Market Intelligence&Strategy<ul><li>Track market trends in:</li><li>AI platforms</li><li>Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)</li><li>Enterprise software buyers</li><li>Provide customer feedback to product and leadership teams.</li></ul></li></ol><h3>Required Skills&Qualifications</h3><h3>Sales&Business Skills</h3><ul><li>5+ years in<b>B2B enterprise software sales</b>(AI, SaaS, Cloud, Data or Analytics preferred)</li><li>Proven experience selling<b>complex, high‑value solutions</b></li><li>Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills</li><li>Ability to sell to both<b>technical and business decision‑makers</b></li></ul><h3>AI&Technical Understanding (Not Coding)</h3><ul><li>Solid understanding of:<ul><li>AI / ML concepts</li><li>Generative AI&LLMs</li><li>Data platforms and cloud infrastructure</li></ul></li><li>Ability to confidently discuss<b>AI architectures, use cases, and deployment models</b></li><li>Comfortable working alongside technical teams</li></ul><h3>Communication&Relationship Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent presentation and storytelling skills</li><li>Strong executive presence</li><li>Ability to simplify complex AI concepts</li><li>Cross‑cultural and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience selling:<ul><li>AI platforms</li><li>Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)</li><li>Enterprise SaaS</li></ul></li><li>MBA or relevant business/technical degree</li><li>Experience in regulated or vertical markets (Finance, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Manufacturing)</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>Revenue target achievement</li><li>Pipeline value and conversion rate</li><li>Deal size and sales cycle duration</li><li>Customer retention and expansion</li><li>Customer satisfaction and adoption satisfaction</li></ul><h3>Typical Customers</h3><p>Enterprises undergoing<b>digital or AI transformation</b></p><ul><li>CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Innovation</li><li>Business unit leaders seeking data‑driven automation</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
