Job OverviewThe AI Platform Salesperson is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling AI platforms, AI‑as‑a‑Service, and intelligent solutions to enterprise, mid‑market, or SMB customers. This role combines consultative enterprise sales, technical understanding of AI, and strong relationship management to help customers adopt AI technologies that solve real business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Pipeline GrowthOwn and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing.Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.Consultative & Solution‑Driven SellingUnderstand customer business challenges and map them to AI platform capabilities such as:Machine learning platformsGenerative AI / LLM platformsAI analytics and decision intelligenceComputer vision / NLP solutionsTranslate technical AI features into clear business value (ROI, productivity, cost reduction).Lead customer discovery workshops and solution discussions.Technical & Product CollaborationCollaborate closely with: AI Engineers & Data Scientists Product Managers Pre‑Sales / Solution ArchitectsParticipate in product demos, PoCs (Proof of Concept), and pilot discussions.Stay updated on:AI industry trendsCompetitor platformsRegulatory and ethical AI considerationsCustomer & Partner ManagementBuild long‑term relationships with:C‑level executivesIT, Data, Digital, and Innovation leadersManage enterprise accounts and key stakeholders.Work with channel partners, cloud providers, and system integrators when required.Market Intelligence & StrategyTrack market trends in:AI platformsCloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)Enterprise software buyersProvide customer feedback to product and leadership teams.Required Skills & QualificationsSales & Business Skills5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales (AI, SaaS, Cloud, Data or Analytics preferred)Proven experience selling complex, high‑value solutionsStrong negotiation and deal‑closing skillsAbility to sell to both technical and business decision‑makersAI & Technical Understanding (Not Coding)Solid understanding of:AI / ML conceptsGenerative AI & LLMsData platforms and cloud infrastructureAbility to confidently discuss AI architectures, use cases, and deployment modelsComfortable working alongside technical teamsCommunication & Relationship SkillsExcellent presentation and storytelling skillsStrong executive presenceAbility to simplify complex AI conceptsCross‑cultural and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience selling:AI platformsCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Enterprise SaaSMBA or relevant business/technical degreeExperience in regulated or vertical markets (Finance, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Manufacturing)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue target achievementPipeline value and conversion rateDeal size and sales cycle durationCustomer retention and expansionCustomer satisfaction and adoption satisfactionTypical CustomersEnterprises undergoing digital or AI transformationCIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of InnovationBusiness unit leaders seeking data‑driven automation#J-18808-Ljbffr
