Job Description

Job Description As an AI Lab Administrator, your primary role is to serve as the main point of contact and operational owner for AI Labs. Your responsibilities include guiding users, promoting best practices, providing support, and ensuring activities are within approved scope. You will act as a liaison between users, implementers, governance, security, and platform teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Act as the central point of contact for all AI Lab requests, inquiries, and onboarding needs. - Guide users on AI Lab usage, processes, and approved patterns. - Provide training and support to users, both technical and non-technical, in a service-oriented manner. - Advocate for AI Lab best practices and coordinate with stakeholders for deeper reviews when necessary. - Offer basic AI and platform support to assist users with common questions and tasks. - Maintain networking knowledge to support scenarios involving private endpoints and restricted access patterns. - Monitor AI Lab environments for anomalies and report deviations or risks to program leadership. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience supporting cloud-based environments, preferably Azure. - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI platform usage. - Knowledge of identity and access management, such as AD groups. - Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including private endpoints. - Previous experience in a front-line support role for technical platforms. - Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AI services, or similar tools, exposure to governance and security environments, and experience collaborating across engineering, security, and business teams.
