We are PTD Fitness — Dubai's premium mobile personal training company, serving 11,000+ clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are building AI-powered systems to automate and scale our operations — from AI appointment setters and lead qualification agents to automated marketing and customer journey orchestration.About the RoleWe are hiring an AI Integrator — a rare, elite-level technical role for someone who lives and breathes OpenClaw, agentic AI, and modern AI integration frameworks. This is not a generic software engineering position. This is a mission-critical hire for someone who can single-handedly architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI agent systems that drive real business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesYou will be the technical backbone of our AI infrastructure.You will own everything — from designing multi-agent orchestration pipelines and integrating Claude API, to building RAG systems with vector databases and automating entire business workflows with AI.You will report directly to the founder, operate with full technical autonomy, and have the freedom to choose your tools, design your architecture, and build systems your way.You will work extensively with OpenClaw — the cutting-edge AI agent framework — to design and deploy intelligent, autonomous agent systems.You will architect multi-agent systems where multiple AI agents collaborate, reason, and execute complex tasks.You will build agent orchestration pipelines, implement agent memory systems, design fallback chains across multiple LLM providers, and create AI agents that can plan, act, and learn from their environment.You will integrate and optimize multiple Large Language Model (LLM) APIs at a deep, production level.You will design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that give our AI agents access to real-time knowledge.You will build production-grade integrations with the platforms and APIs that power modern business.You will translate business goals into automated, AI-powered systems.You will own the full deployment and infrastructure stack.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent hands‑on experience.Required SkillsDeep understanding of OpenClaw or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.Production experience with Claude — function calling, tool use, extended thinking, vision API, streaming, prompt caching.Real‑world experience integrating and deploying LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in production applications.Experience designing systems where multiple AI agents collaborate, with agent orchestration and coordination.Strong backend development — FastAPI, Flask, or Django.Production RAG pipelines with Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.RESTful API architecture, WebSocket, webhook design, and API authentication (OAuth 2.1, JWT).SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Supabase — schema design, queries, migrations.Experience implementing conversation history, long‑term memory, and context persistence for AI agents.Preferred SkillsMulti‑agent team orchestration with role‑based agent collaboration.Agent framework experience — chains, agents, tools, memory.Graph‑based agent orchestration and complex workflow design.Containerization and orchestration for production deployment.Modern serverless and edge deployment.Agent memory and conversation history systems.Building search systems powered by embeddings and vector similarity.Pay range and compensation packageAED 15,000/month (paid monthly)Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.How to ApplySend your application to: milos@personaltrainersdubai.comInclude in your email:Resume/CV (PDF format)GitHub portfolio — links to your best AI/agent projectsBrief cover letter — tell us why this role excites you and what makes you the right personCode sample — a link to your best piece of production code (GitHub, Gist, or similar)Subject Line: AI Integrator Application — (Your Name)#J-18808-Ljbffr
