<div><p><b>Position:</b>AI Content&Automation Specialist (AI Tools + Workflow + Systems)</p><p><b>Company:</b>Elchai Group</p><p><b>Location:</b>Dubai</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for an AI-driven operator who can actively build, connect, and optimize systems using AI tools across our business.</p><p>This is not a content creator role.</p><p>This is a hands‑on execution role.</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Use multiple AI platforms (text, image, video, automation) to support real business operations</li><li>Build workflows between tools (AI + CRM + email + social + website)</li><li>Support content creation, but with a focus on performance and scalability</li><li>Improve processes across marketing, internal operations, and digital channels</li><li>Test and implement new AI tools to increase efficiency and output</li><li>Track results and optimize based on data (conversion, time saved, output quality)</li></ul><h3>Required skills</h3><ul><li>Strong practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)</li><li>Ability to connect tools into workflows (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar)</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing systems (funnels, email, landing pages)</li><li>Ability to turn ideas into working systems, not just concepts</li><li>Analytical mindset (you look at data and improve performance)</li></ul><h3>This role is NOT for</h3><ul><li>Social media managers only</li><li>Pure content creators</li><li>People who only “know AI tools” but have never implemented real workflows</li></ul><h3>Required application task</h3><p>To apply, you must submit:</p><p>1.
