AI Business Analyst

Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with over 6 years of relevant experience to support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions, particularly those involving Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of AI solutions that meet strategic goals, deliver measurable ROI, and align with organizational standards.
