AI Business Analyst Lead

Master-Works is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst Lead to spearhead our initiatives in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of analysts in understanding client needs and translating them into AI-driven solutions. Your leadership will be essential in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI projects align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of business analysts in evaluating and implementing AI solutions across various business units.Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and explore AI opportunities for improvement.Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform the development of AI models and algorithms.Design and oversee the implementation of AI-driven business strategies and initiatives.Develop clear business cases for AI projects, outlining costs, benefits, risks, and revenue generation potential.Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business units to ensure successful project delivery.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and analytics.Measure and report on the performance of AI initiatives to stakeholders through detailed reporting and presentations.RequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AI or advanced analytics.Proven experience leading and managing a team of analysts.Strong understanding of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.If you are passionate about harnessing the power of AI to drive business success and have a knack for leadership and strategy, we invite you to join our team at Master-Works!#J-18808-Ljbffr
