OverviewTharwah is a leading Saudi advisory company with four well-established business lines: Consultancy, Training & Development, Assessment, and SDRA AI & HR Services.Through Tharwah Technologies, the firm is expanding its digital and AI capabilities to build intelligent automation, AI-powered workflows, and next-generation enterprise solutions that support clients across the public and private sectors.We have proudly delivered thousands of successful projects for organizations across Saudi Arabia and the region.We are looking for a highly capable AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions, AI agents, and productivity systems across Tharwah.In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director of Tharwah Technologies and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, deploy AI agents, and integrate AI solutions across enterprise systems.You will play a key role in enabling agentic AI capabilities, designing intelligent workflows, and ensuring that AI adoption across the organization is secure, scalable, and governed.You WillIdentify and analyze internal and client processes that can benefit from AI automation and agent-based workflows.Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation tools, internal assistants, and intelligent workflows.Develop and deploy AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks autonomously with human oversight.Architect multi-agent systems that collaborate to complete complex workflows such as document processing, onboarding, and compliance validation.Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.Deploy and manage AI platforms across multiple ecosystems including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Azure AI.Implement governance mechanisms such as audit trails, monitoring, and security guardrails for AI systems.Train employees on the effective and responsible use of AI tools and AI agents.Monitor performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across deployed AI solutions.Continuously improve automation workflows and explore emerging AI technologies.You AreAn AI Automation Engineer or AI Solutions Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in automation, AI systems, or digital transformation.Skilled in building AI-powered workflows and integrating AI tools into enterprise environments.Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.Experienced in working with LLMs and AI platforms such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.Passionate about agentic AI, automation, and intelligent enterprise systems.Detail-oriented and focused on security, governance, and quality in AI deployments.Technical Skills-Core SkillsAI tools and LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Gemini)Workflow automation and system integrationPrompt engineering and AI productivity frameworksAPI integration and webhook architectureIT security and data governance principles-Preferred SkillsAI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)Python scripting for AI integrationMulti-agent orchestration and context engineeringMulti-model routing and AI cost optimizationEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in AI automation, AI engineering, or digital transformation roles.Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise or consulting environments is preferred.Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI agents in production is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel to Riyadh (approximately 4–6 trips per year) for client engagements.You GetCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI automation and agentic AI solutions.Exposure to large-scale enterprise and government projects.A collaborative environment focused on innovation and digital transformation.Career growth within a leading Saudi advisory firm driving AI adoption in the region.Apply now and become a part of our success story.#J-18808-Ljbffr
