About the RoleWe're seeking an AI Agentic Engineer to design and build intelligent agents that conduct realistic voice interviews. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, voice AI, and agent frameworks to create engaging, adaptive interview experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI agents for conducting voice interviewsDevelop prompt engineering strategies for natural conversationsBuild systems for real-time voice interaction with low latencyCreate adaptive interview flows based on candidate responsesImplement evaluation and scoring algorithmsOptimize agent performance and response qualityExperiment with new AI models and agent frameworksAnalyze user interactions to improve agent behaviorRequirements3+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI systemsStrong understanding of prompt engineering and agent designExperience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM APIsKnowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)Proficiency in Python and async programmingExperience with voice AI technologies (STT/TTS)Understanding of conversation design and dialogue systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with real-time voice agents (LiveKit, Twilio, etc.)Knowledge of reinforcement learning or agent trainingBackground in NLP or computational linguisticsExperience with embeddings and semantic searchFamiliarity with interview processes and assessment methodologiesPublished research or blog posts on AI agents#J-18808-Ljbffr
