Job Description Job Title: Agency Manager / Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) / Branch Manager (BM) Agency Channel Industry: Health Insurance Location: Pan India CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in BFSI Sales Job Summary We are hiring dynamic and result-driven professionals for the Agency Channel in a leading Health Insurance company. The role involves driving agency sales, recruiting advisors, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents Drive sales through agency channel Achieve monthly & annual business targets Train and motivate advisors for productivity Ensure quality business and persistency Maintain strong relationship with advisors and customers Support advisors in closing sales Monitor performance and provide regular feedback Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI Sales (Banking / Insurance / NBFC / Mutual Funds) Good communication and interpersonal skills Graduation preferred Local market knowledge is an advantage Age: As per company norms Desired Skills Sales & target orientation Team handling / advisor management (preferred for ABM/BM) Relationship management Negotiation & influencing skills Basic MS Office knowledge Career Growth Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles Attractive incentives + performance-based rewards Training & development support
