Agent Recruitment & Onboarding Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates Manage onboarding and licensing process 2. Training & Development Provide product and sales training to agents Conduct regular workshops and field training sessions Support agents in improving sales skills and closing deals 3. Sales & Business Development Drive sales targets through the agency channel Develop strategies to increase agent productivity Monitor performance and ensure target achievement 4.
