Job Title: Aftersales Technical Supervisor-ISMPosting Start Date: 17/02/2026Job Location: JEDDAHCompany: ISMJob DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for leading a team of after sales.Working as part of the after sales and product support Leadership Team,Must be able to provide responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of aftersales issues.Key AccountabilitiesDeveloping and refining organizational policies and procedures for smooth operations.Executing strategic After Sales Service plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.Maintaining strong relationships with clients as trusted advisors.Preparing service business plans and budgets in line with department objectives.Updating customer guidelines to foster efficiency and operational excellence.Scheduling field service repair and handling service warranty claims.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing service operations.Aligning service and aftersales goals with strategic direction.Fostering effective communication and teamwork.Developing and monitoring key performance indicators.Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.Collaborating with IT and Compliance Department for digital transformation initiatives.Preparing comprehensive business evaluation reports.Maintaining monthly progress reports for service jobs, claims, and training.Knowledge, Skills and AptitudeEducational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Engineering or other related degreeKnowledge: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experienced presenter to all levels of management including senior executives, customers, and program managersExperience in leading pursuits, supporting product support proposals, negotiations, and customer reviewsTechnical Skills: Advanced computer skills including MS officeHands on skills and experience is necessary . Self-learning and high technical learning capabilitiesLanguage Skills: Arabic is desirable.
