<div><p>Job Title: Aftersales Technical Supervisor-ISM</p><p>Posting Start Date: 17/02/2026</p><p>Job Location: JEDDAH</p><p>Company: ISM</p><p>Job Description</p><h3><b>Job Summary</b></h3><ul><li>Responsible for leading a team of after sales.</li><li>Working as part of the after sales and product support Leadership Team,</li><li>Must be able to provide responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of aftersales issues.</li></ul><h3><b>Key Accountabilities</b></h3><ul><li>Developing and refining organizational policies and procedures for smooth operations.</li><li>Executing strategic After Sales Service plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintaining strong relationships with clients as trusted advisors.</li><li>Preparing service business plans and budgets in line with department objectives.</li><li>Updating customer guidelines to foster efficiency and operational excellence.</li><li>Scheduling field service repair and handling service warranty claims.</li><li>Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing service operations.</li><li>Aligning service and aftersales goals with strategic direction.</li><li>Fostering effective communication and teamwork.</li><li>Developing and monitoring key performance indicators.</li><li>Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.</li><li>Collaborating with IT and Compliance Department for digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Preparing comprehensive business evaluation reports.</li><li>Maintaining monthly progress reports for service jobs, claims, and training.</li></ul><h3><b>Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude</b></h3><ul><li><b>Educational Qualifications and Certifications:</b>University Degree in Engineering or other related degree</li><li><b>Knowledge:</b>Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experienced presenter to all levels of management including senior executives, customers, and program managers</li><li>Experience in leading pursuits, supporting product support proposals, negotiations, and customer reviews</li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b>Advanced computer skills including MS office</li><li>Hands on skills and experience is necessary . Self-learning and high technical learning capabilities</li><li><b>Language Skills:</b>Arabic is desirable.
