Job Description

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the aftersales business including the service and the parts operation divisions.Organizes the Aftersales division, controlling resources and assets at a level commensurate with profit targets and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Able to develop and drive the overall aftersales strategies for brandsBuild, lead, motivate & develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectivesFormulate departments budget, conduct operative planning, develop, and use various reporting tools to facilitate the department planning and controllingParticipates in sales forecasts, market research, statistical analysis, and feasibility studiesAssist together with the rest of management team to handle the relation with our principals, Parts operation, and Service marketing campaigns/promotions for all brandsDirect, develop and control resources with the object to achieve a high level of customer satisfactionManage all technical operations related to the full products brands and rangesManage the parts operation business to carry out the following duties which include but not limited to Improving the parts turnover ratioApply an effective differentiated parts pricing strategy based on the competition level and the market needs
