Role: Aftersales ExecutiveType: ContractClient Industry: RetailContract Duration: Long termStart Date: ImmediateKey ResponsibilitiesReview and manage customer tickets on the ticketing platform in a timely and accurate manner.Perform operational tasks as per defined SOPs.Contact customers for validation and clarification of return/after-sales requests when required.Ensure proper documentation and resolution of cases within agreed SLAs.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.Share structured feedback with Team Leaders (TLs) and Managers regarding trends, issues, and operational challenges.Maintain high accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business challenges.SkillsRequirementsExperience in customer service / aftersales / operations (E-commerce experience preferred).Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to speak confidently with customers for validation purposes.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Creative mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Good coordination skills with internal stakeholders and reporting managers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
