Affiliate Marketing Lead – Forex Industry

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead with a strong background in the forex and trading industry. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our affiliate and introducing broker (IB) programs globally. The ideal candidate understands both digital marketing and the unique dynamics of the forex/CFD/crypto space, and can drive measurable growth through partnerships, affiliates, and performance marketing channels.Given the shift in affiliate marketing towards content creators, influencers, and community leaders, the Affiliate Marketing Lead will also focus on recruiting and managing partners with strong digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage top-performing affiliates, IBs, and content creators.Scale the affiliate network across key regions (MENA, Africa, Asia, Europe, LATAM, etc.).Negotiate competitive commission structures and incentives aligned with company goals.Digital Presence & Creator PartnershipsIdentify, approach, and sign influencers, traders, and educators with strong followings on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.Collaborate with affiliates who run private communities (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp groups, online academies) to promote brokerage and funding programs.Develop co-branded campaigns, sponsored content, and cross-promotions with digital creators.Track ROI from influencer-driven traffic and optimize campaigns accordingly.Relationship ManagementBuild strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders.Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate queries, content approvals, and escalations.Organize and lead affiliate/IB events, webinars, and influencer campaigns.Performance & AnalyticsProvide detailed weekly/monthly reports and insights to leadership.Work closely with the data and product teams to enhance attribution, tracking, and reporting accuracy.Campaign & Marketing SupportCollaborate with creative/content teams to develop affiliate marketing assets (banners, landing pages, promo codes, video creatives).Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company guidelines in all affiliate campaigns.Launch special affiliate promotions during high-volatility or seasonal trading periods (elections, NFP, Black Friday, etc.).Design and implement scalable affiliate acquisition strategies to expand global market reach.Lead and mentor a small team of affiliate managers/assistants.Research competitor affiliate programs and propose innovative improvements.Requirements3+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management.Minimum 1 year in the forex / CFD / crypto brokerage industry (mandatory).Proven track record of recruiting and scaling influencers/content creators and achieving measurable growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of forex KPIs: FTDs, volumes, churn rates, reward structures.Experience with affiliate tracking software (Everflow, PartnerStack, Impact, etc.) and CRM tools.Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and community-driven growth.Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.Strong network of affiliates, IBs, influencers, and trading educators is a big plus.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Multilingual skills (Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, or other global languages) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
